Shipping policy

- All orders shipped within 2-5 business days of order, unless specified otherwise. 

- Pre-Orders require 6-8 weeks.

- Tracking information will be provided once order is shipped. 

- Shipping charges apply, depending on location. 

• US orders - additional taxes/duties may apply during delivery due to the new Tariffs imposed by the US government. 

Once an order has been shipped and leaves our possession, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. All orders are shipped using the delivery method selected at checkout, and tracking information will be provided when available.

If an issue arises during transit, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim or request further information. We are happy to provide any necessary order details to assist with this process but cannot intervene on the customer’s behalf.
